A polyester fabric, specially designed to stay stable through a decade or two of constant crowd consumption. Sourced directly from Reliance Industries, the fabric can withstand weather conditions and maintain the status of being dust-resistant, even in the tropical climate of India. The fabric we use on our seats can be washed more than 100 times with zero impact on quality. The fabric is resistant to all food stains, be it liquid or powder, and comes fully equipped with anti-bacterial properties.

At SR Seating, we use a uniquely manufactured foam for cushions, called Polyurethane foam. The foam is high in density, making the cushions resilient and solvent resistant. The cushion comes equipped with anti-bacterial properties too. The cushions are sound absorbent, making them an ideal choice. 

Even though the cushions are high in density, they are soft and mellow. This allows them to fit every individual’s cushioning comfort needs. 

We make use of plywood to hold the cushions in place. One of the inherent properties of the plywood we use is repelling termites. The wood is manufactured and processed at a monitored temperature and pressures to secure a long life.

At SR Seating, we use engineered plastic components on our chairs. The plastic is decided based on utility and their respective properties. PPCP is used for the armrests as they are sturdy and non-brittle. POM is used for the moving parts owing to its self-lubricating property. And, ABS is used for seat and back covers as they are anti-static and anti-scratch.

At SR Seating, we use premium quality steel as stands for the seats. We use the HRCA ( Hot Rolled Close Annealed ) steel, sourced from JSW. The steel is rigid and treated to be non-corrosive. It is scratch-resistant and durable, lasting for decades.
